Corrections Policy
Zilanor welcomes reports of factual errors, broken sources, unclear wording and misleading examples. We aim to review credible concerns fairly and update content when needed.
How to report an issue
Email support@zilanor.com. Include the article title, page link, the specific statement or section and why it may need a correction. A reliable source is helpful, but not required to raise a concern. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
Review and correction
We aim to check the published text against relevant sources. Minor spelling and formatting changes may not need an update note. When an important factual change alters the guidance, we aim to make the correction clear.
Updates versus errors
A new rule, software version or research finding may require an update even if the earlier article was accurate when published. We aim to distinguish such updates from corrections of mistakes.
Fairness
We consider substantiated concerns on their merits. A report does not guarantee a requested edit; we may ask for more detail when evidence is unclear.
